A credentials file holds information including transcripts, letters or recommendation, resumes or CV's and other pertinent job related materials. The UNO Counseling and Career Center has partnered with Interfolio.com for credentials files for students and graduates who are pursuing positions in higher education,K-12 teaching positions or other academic related positions. Credentials files can also created through Interfolio for individuals looking to enter graduate school.
Interfolio is the premier online credentials management service, now available to UNO students and alumni. Interfolio is the easiest and most affordable way for a student to send application materials to graduate and professional schools, a teacher to apply for a new position, or a PhD to send academic credentials to a search committee. Interfolio's online system allows you to build an online portfolio, complete with all of your credentials. Nearly any document can be stored in your account, including, but not limited to:
