The UNO Counseling and Career Center provides a ranges of services for current UNO students and alumni to assist with identifying, clarifying and pursuing their career goals. The Center also serves as a "clearinghouse" for part-time and full-time jobs postings, and assists with student placement in internships and cooperative education opportunities. Additionally, the Center provides opportunities for students and alumni to meet with recruiters and prospective employers through career fairs, on-campus interviewing and a range of related opportunities. The UNO Counseling and Career Center offers career-related services to currently enrolled UNO students and alumni. Registration with the UNO Opportunities Database is required to the full range of services offered and is recommended for anyone wishing to receive information about upcoming career -related events and other offerings.
Please Note: The UNO Counseling and Career Center provides personal, mental health counseling and career counseling ONLY to currently enrolled UNO students. While alumni are not eligible for these services, counselors can provide referrals to other resources as needed. Please call 504-280-6683 for additional assistance in this regard.

The UNO Counseling and Career Center is located in the Human Performance Center (HPC) on the corner of Leon C. Simon and Elysian Fields, Room 112.
